Bishop Visits Storm Damaged Community

Cecilie Schwartz tells Bishop of Rockford David J. Malloy (right) and Father Johnson Lopez, parochial administrator of St. Patrick Parish in Rochelle, about the night of April 9 when a EF-4 tornado damaged her home and 29 others in her neighborhood.

Bishop Malloy visited the neighborhood after celebrating Mass at St. Patrick Parish in Rochelle to pray for tornado victims and their families, Saturday April 11.
