The Diocese has issued a statement regarding the change in leadership policy by the Boy Scouts of America.

All leadership of Boy Scout troops, packs, crews, etc., chartered by parishes in the Diocese of Rockford will continue to operate in accordance with the teaching of the Catholic Church.
