If you are flying in for RASL Week, Please book your flights to and from O'Hare airport (Do not use Midway if possible since the bus schedule is very limited). A Van Galder Bus (see above bus schedule) runs regularly to and from O'Hare to Rockford. We will be arranging for your pick up and departure from the Van Galder Rockford Bus Terminal location if needed.

Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are refundable as follows:
Cancel - 5 weeks before: $175 refund
Cancel - 2 to 4 weeks before: $150 refund
Cancel - less than 2 weeks: $100 refund
